Our Transaction Services team help clients navigate through the rapidly ever-changing commercial landscape, providing expert vendor due diligence, buy side due diligence and vendor assistance. We are part of a wider Deals team who collectively bring deep industry experience and international networks to help businesses succeed from deal concept to deal closure. We help some of the world’s leading companies originate, create, execute, and realise value from deals, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results. Through data driven insights, we help our clients move in the right direction, ensuring maximum value and a better future for their company.

Our teams are growing! Our industry leading teams are calling for expressions of interest for Senior Associates and Managers for Sydney , Melbourne , Brisbane and Perth within our Transaction Services business.

With plenty of support and opportunities to grow, your expertise and strong communication skills will get a workout as you solve new and complex problems within an integrated team environment. Continuously learning, you will focus on building lasting relationships to a varied and interesting client base, including international corporates and global and domestic private equity firms in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled.

Passionate about financial due diligence, you will champion innovative ways to solve our clients' most important challenges. Using your Professional accounting qualifications and/or degree in commerce/finance you will:

• Provide well-articulated analytical and commercial insights, produce high quality financial due diligence deliverables/reports and on-the-job support on transactions

• Provide financial analysis on buy side and sell side due diligence engagements

• Identify key value drivers, with a focus on understanding businesses and providing financial insights, to build confidence for our clients and help them reach their deal objectives

• Complete financial analysis on buy side and sell side due diligence engagements

• Integrate emerging technologies into the way you work. We use innovative tools to enhance the client experience on engagements as well as providing continuous growth opportunities to improve your digital IQ and capabilities

• Coach and develop talented juniors to help grow their capabilities.

• Leverage our integrated offering and increase your brand across Deals.
