Joining our Hobart you will experience friendly and passionate support from the team and regular clinical supervision to help you thrive as a PBS practitioner. We offer extensive opportunities to extend your technical knowledge about restrictive practice, increase your plan writing skills and learn about proactive and reactive strategies to increase quality of life for NDIS participants.
As a valued member of the BR community, you’ll get to experience Better Rehab life alongside a multidisciplinary team and work with a various caseload including ASD, ID, and neurological conditions.
Day to day you will:
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centers, parks, and even at the beach
  • Build enduring relationships with participants and witness the lasting impact of your work
  • Celebrate every milestone with participants and their families, understanding that every step forward is a victory worth cherishing

About You
You are a qualified PBS Clinician who would thrive in an organisation that truly values its clinicians, and gives them the tools and support to help them become the best clinician that they can be. Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space. You will also hold:
  • PBS registration
  • A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • 3+ years of post-graduate experience
