About the role
The Business Improvement Analyst will help to drive business intelligence and project delivery capability across the group. In addition to utilising your advanced business analysis & project delivery skills, you will help to foster positive vendor relationships, manage key business stakeholders, champion process improvement and drive value through innovative and collaborative delivery of technology solutions.
Key areas of responsibility
- Project Management – Utilise your project management skills to lead or contribute to cross functional process improvement projects and ensure successful delivery.
- Business Analysis – Collect and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and prepare and present regular reports for management.
- Change Management – Facilitate change management efforts related to process improvements and automation
- Process Mapping - Monitor process performance and track key performance indicators
- Teamwork - Work with IT teams to design and implement automation solutions
About you
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Sound Project Management experience across all phases of small to medium technology projects
- Strong understanding of corporate processes and solutions, and an understanding of automotive solutions a plus
- Vendor management experience
- Formal business analysis skills and experience with structured requirements gathering, process improvement, process mapping and systems development methodologies
- Inquisitive, curious and innovative when it comes to technology & data solutions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- An ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
