Description:
Seeking a rewarding volunteer opportunity to connect with community?
Join our incredible team of volunteers at Holden Street.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Holden Street Neighbourhood House is a welcoming place for everyone in our community. Our aim is to Improve the quality of community life for residents of the area by reducing social isolation, building a sense of community and promoting a sense of belonging and security.
We provide essential support services, quality adult and community educational and recreational programs relevant to local community needs and interests. Holden Street is only able to offer these activities thanks to the generous support of our partners and funding bodies- without them, we would simply be unable to support so many people in our community.
Holden Street values being an accessible, safe, welcoming and approachable environment. Whilst the House is a busy and vibrant place, we make time for people and are interested in their individual needs and issues.
