- Identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes.
- Develop strategies and plans for process improvements.
- Collaborate with departments to integrate new processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Facilitate training sessions on new processes and procedures.
- Provide recommendations on process enhancements.
- Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on process performance.

Requirements:
A successful Business Process Analyst should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in process mapping and optimisation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the public sector and its functions.
- The ability to work independently and within a team.
