Requirements:
A successful Loyalty Analyst should have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field.
- Advanced in SQL capability and excel, Google Analytics.
- Experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with customer loyalty programs - advantageous.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
