Your role
Responsibilities
- Working across the lifespan from ages 9 to 65+
- Undertaking evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventions for individuals with psycho-social, developmental, and other disabilities
- Delivering positive behaviour support assessments, reports, interventions, and training
- Collaborating in a hybrid and flexible work environment: office/clinic, home, and community-based
About you
Qualifications
- Willingness to gain an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ID with support
- Genuine interest in working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays, and their families and carers
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence, a reliable car, and willingness to travel within the Greater Sydney Area during regular work hours
- Recent undergraduate qualifications in nursing, teaching, psychology, social work, or any allied health or social science degree
- Ability to work effectively and independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
