Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in a two-year Graduate Program with rotations across four Australian mine sites.
- Building skills in underground and open-pit mining.
- Engaging in tailored mentoring, technical development, and role-specific training.
- Collaborating with experienced professionals in a safe and rewarding environment.
About You
Candidates should possess:
- A Tertiary Qualification in Geology completed by the end of 2025 or within the last 12 months.
- A current C Class manual driver's license or the ability to obtain one by early 2026.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
- Prior vacation work experience in the mining industry is advantageous.
- Working rights to live and work in Australia with no visa restrictions.
- Ability to submit an Academic Transcript with the application.
