Your role
The Insight Company's dream team is expanding. They are on the lookout for motivated and enthusiastic professionals to join their team now and in the future.
With their support, you will have the opportunity to build on your technical skills from day one. You will have a minimum of 24 hours of work per week.
Your initial responsibilities will include:
- Bookkeeping
- Preparation of activity statements, tax returns and financial statements for various entities
- Data processing
- General ledger reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Administration duties
About you
Are you their future talent? Are you currently studying or enrolled to study a Bachelor of Commerce, Business or Accounting Degree? To be considered, you will have unrestricted working rights in Australia. No experience in the industry is required.

Your technical skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Studying or enrolled to study a Bachelor of Commerce/Business or Accounting Degree
- Experience with Xero an advantage
Compensation & benefits
Salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant to reflect relevant experience and qualification levels where appropriate. As this is an entry-level position, Federal minimum wage rates will most likely apply unless you have prior relevant industry experience. They do not limit wage growth – salaries are reviewed and increased according to performance, experience, qualifications and growth in your role and career.
