Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing information briefings, instructions, and guides for continuous improvement projects in HR systems and practices.
- Managing staff relationships by responding to queries and maintaining quality customer service.
- Analyzing HR data for trends and conclusions.
- Developing market research and entry strategies to inform business units on trends.
- Supporting the development of business models for innovative energy services.
- Assisting in the preparation of external reports, including Annual and Corporate Governance Statements.
- Providing support to the risk and compliance team with risk reviews and stakeholder engagement.
About You
The ideal candidate will:

- Have full working rights in Australia and a degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field, graduating in 2024 or by December 2025.
