Description:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Fleet Management & Compliance: Oversee vehicle leasing, delivery, fit-outs, FBT tracking, and reporting.
  • Fines, Insurance & Maintenance: Manage infringements, insurance claims, and coordinate repairs with drivers and service providers.
  • Usage & Reporting: Track mileage, arrange vehicle swaps, and maintain fleet reports on leases, drivers, and usage. Reporting will be conducted via excel.
  • Facilities & Security Support: Attend to office maintenance, security passes, trade access, and general property requirements.
  • Financial Administration: Process purchase orders, review invoices, and assist with fleet budgeting.
  • Policy & Procedure Updates: Review and update relevant policies and procedures as needed.
  • Any additional ADHOC duties, as required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in administrative support of fleet management and facilities.
  • Experience with Fringe-Tax-Benefits (FTB).
  • Hold strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to liaise with vital stakeholders such as truck-drivers and other fleet related stakeholders.
  • Have intermediate-advanced Excel skills, being able to use basic formulas, pivot tables, and v-look-up functions.
