Are you a skilled and passionate Barber looking to join a thriving local business? We are Blind Barbery , a well-established barbershop in East Geelong, VIC, and we're seeking an experienced full-time Barber to join our talented team. As a Barber at Blind Barbery, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality grooming services to our loyal customer base.
What you'll be doing
Performing a range of traditional and modern barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and grooming treatments
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive, relaxing experience for all clients
Maintaining a clean, well-organised work area and following all health and safety protocols
Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends in the industry
Collaborating with the team to contribute to the overall success and growth of the business.
What we're looking for
Completion of a recognised barbering qualification or equivalent industry experience
Demonstrated expertise in a range of traditional and contemporary barbering techniques
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of grooming and hygiene
Strong time management and organisational skills
A passion for the craft of barbering and a desire to continually learn and improve.
