Description:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our clients team, providing exceptional support to their ANZ customer base.As a key conduit between customers and the business, you'll be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, including Platinum and Gold accounts
- Proactively engage with customers to meet their existing requirements and identify new business opportunities
- Manage Silver and Bronze customer accounts, providing excellent customer service and support
- Liaise with external service providers to ensure timely despatch of goods
- Generate and ship picking slips accurately and efficiently
- Provide supplementary assistance to Key Account Managers, including customer intelligence and forecasting updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales orders and customer data
- Proven sales and customer service experience in a manufacturing environment (3+ years)
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain management principles, including freight bookings and external service provider relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to diverse people and cultures
