Regional Client Services ManagerOur client is looking for a passionate Client Services Manager to oversee the continued growth and sucess of this large provider, while continuing to provide outstanding care to their residents.
As a Client Services Manager , you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining relationships with families, referral partners, and the local community. Your primary focus will be on driving sales and growing occupancy rates through the development of new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and ensuring an excellent client experience. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background who thrives in a people-centered environment, especially in the residential aged care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales and business development efforts to increase the facility’s occupancy by attracting new residents and families.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, families, healthcare professionals, and referral sources to drive growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized consultations, ensuring families are well-informed about services, pricing, and care options.
- Conduct tours and information sessions for potential clients and their families.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including follow-ups, lead generation, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new residents.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the aged care sector, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor client satisfaction and respond to inquiries or concerns to maintain high levels of client retention.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the healthcare or aged care industry. Residential aged care experience is preferred but experience within Home Care or Retirement Living also considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to understand and explain complex care services and pricing models to prospective clients and their families.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the aged care industry, regulations, and trends is a plus.
