Karratha is looking for an enthusiastic Front of
House Duty Manager to oversee the successful
operation of the Red Earth Arts Precinct (REAP)
during performances, public events, and box
office hours.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong leadership skills and experience supervising
staff in an event or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving
abilities.
• Proven experience in customer service and cash
handling.
• Knowledge of liquor licensing laws and bar
operations (Approved Manager preferred or
willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and alternate
Saturdays as required.
• First Aid Certificate, Working with Children Check,
and Fire Warden Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Current C class driver’s licence and a recent National
Police Certificate.
