About the Role
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will be a
trusted advisor to managers and senior leadership,
providing expert HR guidance while fostering a
positive, high-performance workplace culture. You will
lead strategic HR initiatives, oversee employee
relations, drive talent management, and ensure
compliance with employment legislation and best
practices.

About You
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR
professional with:
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a
related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to
manage and inspire a team.
• Strong knowledge of HR legislation,
contemporary practices, and employment
frameworks.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and
conflict-resolution skills.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive,
diverse, and high-performing workplace.
