Description:

You will need

  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale testing initiatives and leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex program outcomes, with a proven ability to drive process improvements aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Extensive expertise in end-to-end testing of digital ICT systems and software, with a track record of providing high-level specialist advice and ensuring quality delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

The Role will:

  • Provide strategic test management for ICT Projects.
  • Provide technical oversight, process optimisation and quality assurance within the testing space.
  • Lead and mentor test management teams

The Team:

The Project Management Office (PMO) drives impactful change by delivering strategic ICT projects that shape the future of the Department. As a cornerstone of successful project delivery, the PMO also provides project framework, tools, and expert support services, empowering teams to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.

Details of appointment:

Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.

Salary: $139,470 to $148,863 per annum + our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Eligibility:

Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:

  • Qualifications and/or accreditation in an appropriate course of study from a recognised tertiary institution
  • Current Driver’s Licence

Applicants should note, the position features:

  • Some duties to be undertaken outside of normal working hours
  • Travel between sites to be undertaken and potential intrastate or interstate travel
