The Role: Works Manager We are seeking an innovative Works Manager to lead our maintenance and capital works initiatives for urban and rural infrastructure, including roads, parks, and gardens. As a key member of our Engineering and Regulatory Services Directorate, you will spearhead the planning and execution of essential projects that directly impact our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic maintenance works schedules.
- Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and construction activities.
- Ensure projects adhere to budgetary constraints while maintaining high standards.
- Uphold rigorous workplace health and safety practices.
- Foster stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
- Contribute to future works programming and resource allocation.
