Job Description

Our reception is the first point of in-person contact for many of our clients. Accordingly, we are looking for an experienced administrator who has worked in a healthcare or medical environment and has exceptional customer service skills to ensure our clients have a positive experience at every contact.

You will display compassion and kindness in everything you do and say, as well as adaptability in your digital and verbal communications with all of our team across our multiple clinics in New South Wales and Queensland.

This is a permanent full-time position.

About The Role

  • Reception - greeting clients, answering phone, scheduling andrescheduling appointments
  • Administration - actioning emails, preparing resources for the clinicians, typing clinical notes for clinicians, preparing letters for GPs, filing client records, shredding confidential information, assist with ensuring clinicians' schedules are full
  • Accounts - banking cash or cheques, processing payments (in person and via phone), creating invoices, issuing invoices via email, emailing receipts to the bookkeeper, end of day reconciliations, NDIS invoicing and claiming online, chasing outstanding payments
  • other general office duties (e.g. keeping the clinic space neat and tidy)

About You

  • Considerableexperience in an administration andcustomer facing role within a healthcare or medical environment
  • Reflect what we expect of all of our team - punctuality, positivity, responsibility, organisational skills, good with systems andan 'Action taker'
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • High level administration and computer skills
  • Passion for working with vulnerable members of the community
