What We’re Looking For: Experience: We are seeking a qualified Chef with ability to cook Modern/ Australian + International Dishes Availability: Must be available Monday – Sunday (Split Shifts are required for Lunch & Dinner Service) Team Player: We are looking for someone who can thrive in a team environment, can work under pressure when busy all while maintaining a professional and friendly manner If you’re ready to join a great team, we would love to hear from you !
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance and morale
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering to minimize waste and maximize freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen according to health regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Participate in the creation of seasonal menus and special event planning
- Execute cooking techniques and recipes with precision and creativity
