Description:
- Administering contracts in accordance with approved Contract Management Plans and procedures and updating contract details to maintain the integrity of contract information.
- Proactively identifying and managing contract risks to meet the organisation’s obligation and achieve planned contract outcomes.
- Developing, reviewing and negotiating contract variation daily and as required.
- Negotiating, reviewing and updating existing contract terms with internal and external business partners.
- Explaining contract terms and conditions to related parties to ensure understanding and compliance with company standards.
- Managing staff to ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
- Coordinating with legal, finance and other functions to support the contract process.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess the quality of work and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure all cleaning contracts are completed on time and within the allocated budget.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining proper documentation for all cleaning activities.
