Senior Business Analyst- 3 months initial contract + 3 months extension

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major HRIS implementation project. This role will work closely with HR transformation teams, IT, and key stakeholders to optimize and document HR processes, ensuring they are streamlined and effectively configured in the new system. This is an opportunity to rethink and improve workflows rather than simply transferring existing processes into a new platform.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and map current HR processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Design future-state workflows aligned with HRIS capabilities to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Gather and document business requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with project goals.
- Support system configuration, testing, and process documentation to aid implementation and training.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, drive change readiness, and support adoption strategies.
- Proven experience in large-scale HRIS implementations (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, workforce administration, and payroll.
- Expertise in process mapping, requirements documentation, and workshop facilitation.
- Ability to collaborate across HR, transformation, and IT teams in agile environments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Visio, SharePoint, and Power BI (desirable).
