The Opportunity

The Role
You will play a key role in managing and resolving complex performance and workplace matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex and sensitive performance and conduct cases
- Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on workplace relations and HR policies
- Supporting performance management processes and employee development strategies
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, and policies
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve resolution in complex cases
- Preparing high-quality reports, documentation, and recommendations for senior leadership
You are an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee performance case management, workplace relations, or human resources advisory roles.
Your ability to manage sensitive and complex cases with discretion and professionalism sets you apart.
You have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the capability to provide strategic advice and support to senior managers.
Your knowledge of APS policies, procedures, and employment legislation will ensure you can navigate complex HR matters with confidence.
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced and impactful role.
Salary / Rate
- $105k - $140k + Super
- 6 – 12 Month non ongoing
- Baseline clearance preferred or the ability to obtain
