We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Responsible for driving and managing ERP transformation projects with our top clients, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementations. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP implementation processes, business transformation, and stakeholder management.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:
- Experience leading the delivery of ERP transformation projects, with a focus on the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Strong delivery experience and agile ways of working.
- Coordinate internal and external project teams to ensure effective execution, timely delivery, and quality of deliverables.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business goals, deliverables, and expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution and minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Provide regular updates to senior management, offering insights on project progress, milestones, risks, and any necessary corrective actions.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing large-scale ERP transformation projects, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation.
- Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, integration, and business process optimization.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or a similar industry is highly desirable.
- Agile ways of working experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project objectives on time and within budget.
- PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
