Workforce Extensions North Adelaide Health is seeking a motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team. This Monday to Friday role (9am-5pm) offers part-time/casual hours initially with potential for growth. Working directly with our directors and specialised recruitment team, you'll be integral to our healthcare talent acquisition efforts.

You'll bring recruitment experience ideally complemented by healthcare knowledge (nursing background beneficial but not essential). The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

About the Role
Every day looks different as we respond to market demands and continuously drive to improve our business. In this role, you may assist with:
- Managing a small recruitment portfolio and supporting candidates through their onboarding journey.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
- Processing employment changes in our HR system.
- General HR administrative duties including preparing documentation and facilitating HR related processes.
- Quality control and compliance activities.
- Reviewing and improving internal policies and procedures.
- Creating and influencing positive change within the business.
- Providing regular updates to managers on the status of candidate pools to meet client demands.
