About the Role:
As the Head Chef / Kitchen Manager , you will:
Lead a dedicated team, training and mentoring kitchen staff
Oversee food preparation, ensuring authentic, high-quality dishes
Collaborate with ownership to refine and evolve the menu
Manage supplier relationships, stock control, and food safety compliance
Bring passion and authenticity to a venue celebrating Dutch & Northwestern European flavours
