About the role:
An Aged care provider based in Mount Waverley are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join their team.
This person will manage the recruitment cycle for care workers, including posting ads, screening candidates, shortlisting and interviewing. They will also onboard candidates as they start and will run training programs on how to use the HRIS.
This is a full-time permanent role.
About you:
- Experience in a high volume recruitment role
- Experience in delivering aged care or disability services
- Ability to prioritize and manage own workflow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Attention to detail and personal presentation
- Embraces teamwork, but able to work autonomously
