As the Store Manager of their North Western site, you will play a crucial role in driving sales targets and being accountable. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations. Skills and Experience
- Retail Management with over 8 years experience
- FMCG, Big Box Retailer, Multi Site experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Developer of talent, engagement
- Commercially driven mindset
- Taking ownership of the location
- Ability to motivate a high-performing team
- Competitive, ambitious and engaging, creative ideas and wants to exceed sales expectations
