Your role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in a 12-month program with multiple placements and industry exposure.
  • Engage in an industry-leading Learning and Development Program.
  • Receive ongoing mentoring, guidance, and support from experienced teams.
  • Collaborate with a national cohort of graduates.
  • Work with Graduate Program Managers to enhance your experience.

About you

Candidates should have:

  • Recent graduation or final year in disciplines like Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Planning or Property Development, Property Economics, Business, and Commerce.
  • A genuine passion for the industry and learning.
  • Flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
  • Availability to work full-time from January 2026.
  • Permanent residency in Australia with full working rights.
