A modern Accounting Practice in Alice Springs requires two full-timeBookkeepers to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Performing data entry and bookkeeping duties for small business clients in various accounting softwares
Reconciling Bank Account Transactions
Processing payroll and superannuation payments
Preparing BAS and PAYG fillings with ATO
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Assisting with preparation of business financial statements
Maintaining Client Database
Processing Client Correspondence
Previous experience with Microsoft Office is essential and experience with Xero software will be highly regarded.
The successful applicant will show a desire, willingness and motivation to learn and be ready to start as soon as possible.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
