Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with key customers within the hospital
- Provide both sales and clinical support, attending cases and assisting in operating room settings
- Organize and participate in educational events, training sessions, and networking opportunities
- Manage sales strategies, account planning, and revenue growth initiatives
- Meet quarterly sales targets and contribute to regional business growth
Requirements:
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in allied health, life sciences, or a related field
- 2-3 years experience in medical device sales
- Strong sales drive and commercial acumen
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills - Comfortable engaging with various healthcare professionals
- Resilient and self-motivated
- Ability to manage territory planning and travel requirements effectively
- Valid driver's license
