Your role
Responsibilities
- Participating in a three-year Graduate Program with rotations across four Australian mine sites.
- Building skills in underground and open-pit mining.
- Engaging in tailored mentoring, technical development, and role-specific training.
- Collaborating with experienced professionals in a safe and rewarding environment.
About you
Qualifications
- Completion of a Tertiary Qualification in Mining Engineering by the end of 2025 or within the last 12 months.
- Possession of a current C Class manual driver's license or ability to obtain one by early 2026.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
- Advantageous to have prior vacation work experience in the mining industry.
- Working rights in Australia with no visa restrictions.
- Ability to submit an Academic Transcript with the application.
