Your role
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing first-level technical hardware and software support over the phone for Dell products, peripherals, and applications.
- Using troubleshooting techniques and tools to resolve customer technical issues.
- Proactively identifying common problems and documenting resolutions to avoid support calls.

About you
