They currently have a strong team of 54 employees across three office locations and are steadily growing each year! Having started as a suburban firm in 2010, their ability to beat their turnover targets each year comes down to one key strategy: putting their employees' growth and happiness at the forefront of everything they do.
They are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join their busy Stafford office to help support a Director and team of accountants. The firm currently has 3 CSO's and is looking to bring on another so that each Business Services team will have one dedicated administrator. This Director is extremely friendly, loves a good conversation and prioritizes a fantastic work-life balance!
Key responsibilities:
- Liaising with the ATO regarding payment plans and client information
- Act as primary source of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and offering support
- Sending out completed tax-returns, BAS', and other client work to the relevant bodies (e.g., ASIC)
- Assisting with client onboarding and document collation
- Directly support the Director and accountants in various tasks to enhance client relationships
Skillset and Experience:
- 2+ years' experience working in a public practice accounting firm as an administrator (or relevant role!)
- Experience liaising with and completing documentation in association with the ATO and ASIC
- Experience with Xero Practice Manager (XPM) and Microsoft Suite (ideal!)
- Someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment with a social and supportive team
- Someone who is motivated by growth and would be interested in growing into a Practice Manager
