Lead multi-million dollar business and budget from Day 1 with P&G's iconic brands in a dynamic sales environment.
Your role
Responsibilities
- Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals.
- Collaborating with multi-functional teams to develop strategies and plans.
- Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
- Translating business plans into measurable selling points for the customer.
- Developing productive working relationships with key customer contacts and selling mutually effective business plans.
- Using analytical tools and integrating various data systems to develop new insights.
- Providing input into retailer category strategy.
About you
Qualifications
- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or NZ Residency.
- Currently completing the final year of a Bachelor’s degree or a recent graduate.
- Passion for stakeholder management and communication.
- An Australian Driver’s License.
- Experience in FMCG or Retail industry is preferred.
- A minimum credit average across University results.
- Strong leadership experience, e.g., leadership positions in clubs, teams, societies.
- Well-rounded life experience, contributing to the community.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for winning.
- An analytical mind, strategic thinking, and innovation skills.
