Description:
Griffith City Smash are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Personal Assistant to join their team in Griffith NSW.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
- Collaborating with colleagues on operational matters within the organization
- Conducting research and compiling reports, briefing notes, memoranda, correspondence, and other standard documents
- Safeguarding confidential files and documents
- Attending meetings and providing secretarial support as needed
- Managing appointment schedules and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing correspondence, and maintaining records
- Screening phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Taking dictation for letters and other documents and transcribing them
- Potentially supervising other secretarial and clerical staff
Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant
- Excellent communications skills & the ability to work in a team environment
Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with skills and experience
