Experienced Forklift Operator (Temp To Perm)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a dynamic production team in Broadmeadows. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity , offering long-term career growth for the right candidate. You will play a vital role in our factory operations by ensuring efficient material handling, supporting production processes, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and transport materials within the factory.
• Operate various production equipment, including presses, chemical mixers, and handheld tools.
• Conduct daily forklift prestart checks and ensure proper usage of attachments.
• Assist in loading/unloading mold trays and managing stock movements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

• Current forklift license with experience in a factory setting.
• Experience in a production environment (preferred).
• Ability to read and understand English instructions.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
