About the Role
- As Head of Technology, you will play a strategic leadership role in defining and executing the company’s technological vision, ensuring that all technology initiatives align with business objectives;
- You will be responsible for the project management and successful implementation of new systems, including the deployment and optimisation of Salesforce, while driving the company’s broader digital transformation efforts;
- Define and execute the company’s IT and digital strategy, ensuring technology initiatives align with business objectives and long-term growth plans;
- The role also includes the management and oversight of all existing IT systems and infrastructure;
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline internal workflows, reduce manual overhead, and increase team productivity across departments;
- Establish data governance standards and practices to ensure data integrity and security;
- Oversee the technical development, deployment, and ongoing performance of the Matrix online learning (M+) all digital products; and
- Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and consultants.
- 8+ years’ experience in management of IT systems and infrastructure;
- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role;
- Strong understanding of software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure;
- Experience in end-to-end design and delivery of IT projects, including scoping, working with developers, deployment and change management; and
- Experience in driving digital transformation and technology adoption.
