As Clinical Director, you will:
Provide senior leadership and strategic direction for anaesthesia and perioperative medicine.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centred care.
- Drive clinical governance, service innovation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor, support, and develop junior medical officers and anaesthetic registrars.
- Collaborate with perioperative, surgical, and executive teams to optimise resource utilisation and patient flow.
- Promote research, continuing medical education, and best practice standards in anaesthesia.
About You
You are a skilled and passionate Anaesthetist with:
- Fellowship of ANZCA (FANZCA) and registration (or eligibility) as a specialist with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership, quality improvement, and medical education.
- A collaborative and forward-thinking mindset, committed to innovation in regional health.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to team development and patient safety.
