About the Role:
This role is critical in maintaining high safety and quality standards across our operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and updating current documents and processes, such as truck capacity and transportable weight requirements
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry regulations
- Managing injury cases and overseeing site incident reporting
- Implementing and maintaining occupational health and safety (OHS) standards
- Monitoring and improving workplace safety across all sites
- Conducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Maintaining site cleanliness and organization
- Developing and overseeing Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for all site positions
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in HSE, Quality Control, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to assess risks, implement safety measures, and drive a strong safety culture
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving workplace standards
