Are you an Occupational Therapist passionate about supporting children with developmental challenges in remote communities? This is an opportunity to work for a respected not-for-profit Aboriginal organisation , delivering culturally adapted therapy that makes a lasting impact.
About the Role
- Location: Based in Regional WA, with regular visits to outreach communities
- Scope: Provide school- and community-based assessments and interventions, co-design goals using tools such as COPM and PedsQL, and integrate sensory, behavioural, and developmental supports
- Focus Areas: Emotional regulation, school readiness, motor development, trauma-informed practice, and culturally adapted therapy approaches
- Team: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including a soon-to-be-appointed Speech Pathologist and local Workers

What We're Looking For
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
- Minimum of three years' post-graduate experience
- Manual driver's licence and ability to travel to remote communities
- Ability to work independently in regional and remote settings
- Commitment to culturally responsive practice - this work requires time, presence, and trust
