Occupational Therapist - Paediatrics & Youths | Regional WA | $110K - $130K + Accommodation | 12 Month Minimum Contract

Are you an Occupational Therapist passionate about supporting children with developmental challenges in remote communities? This is an opportunity to work for a respected not-for-profit Aboriginal organisation , delivering culturally adapted therapy that makes a lasting impact.

About the Role

  • Location: Based in Regional WA, with regular visits to outreach communities
  • Scope: Provide school- and community-based assessments and interventions, co-design goals using tools such as COPM and PedsQL, and integrate sensory, behavioural, and developmental supports
  • Focus Areas: Emotional regulation, school readiness, motor development, trauma-informed practice, and culturally adapted therapy approaches
  • Team: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including a soon-to-be-appointed Speech Pathologist and local Workers

What We're Looking For

  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
  • Minimum of three years' post-graduate experience
  • Manual driver's licence and ability to travel to remote communities
  • Ability to work independently in regional and remote settings
  • Commitment to culturally responsive practice - this work requires time, presence, and trust
