Delivery Architect - Azure Data /Databricks

Description:

This role requires expertise in Azure and Databricks, strong leadership in solution delivery, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Azure and Databricks-based solutions.
  
• Define architecture, best practices, and governance frameworks.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
  
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of data platforms.
  
• Oversee implementation of data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics.
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  
• Optimize cost and resource efficiency for cloud-based data solutions.
  

ROLE 2 Solution Architect –

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect data solutions using Azure cloud services and Databricks.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  
• Develop technical architecture documentation, including data models, workflows, and integration patterns.
  
• Lead the implementation of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data engineering best practices.
  
• Optimize existing data solutions for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure and Databricks features and best practices.
  
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to standards and governance.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure and Databricks environments.
  

ROLE 3 – Azure Platform Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data platforms using Azure services and Databricks.
  
• Manage and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data storage solutions.
  
• Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance and reliability issues.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data engineering and analytics needs.
  
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance across platforms.
  
• Stay current with Azure and Databricks updates, best practices, and industry trends.
  

ROLE 1 Delivery Architect – Azure Data /Databricks

Qualifications & Experience: .

• Extensive experience in architecting and delivering Azure/Databricks solutions.
  
• Expertise in Azure services (Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, etc.).
  
• Strong understanding of Databricks, Delta Lake, and Apache Spark.
  
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or SQL for data engineering.
  
• Experience with cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
  
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI-driven data solutions.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably with a focus on Azure and Databricks.
  
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Factory.
  
• Experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake, Spark, and data engineering concepts.
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or SQL.
  
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role with a focus on Azure and Databricks.
  
• Strong understanding of Azure services, including Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Factory.
  
• Experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake and Apache Spark.
  
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
