We are looking for an experienced organisational change management (OCM) and communication professional who is passionate about contributing and supporting successful delivery across a range of projects in our IT Division. The role provides the opportunity to influence and shape strategic approaches to communicating change for the IT Division and to support a number of projects through targeted communication and change activities. Requirements
Key duties and responsibilities
1. Ability to advise and support stakeholders including Executive/Senior Executive staff, leadership and the project teams to maximise adoption of new or changed technologies
2. Experience in creating and executing communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the change
3. Tracking progress and reporting
4. Leading Program change activities including communication, engagements, capability uplift, developing guidance materials etc.
5. Collaborating with Projects, IT Division and business areas to communicate and engage stakeholders through the change process, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
6. Creating and distributing regular Program-wide communications, such as presentations, talking points, updates, and announcements, to keep stakeholders informed including supporting showcases to demonstrate progress and / or better practices.
7. Developing training and support materials to build capability and readiness.
8. Experience with Technology program implementations especially M365, Cloud, Service Now
9. Proficiency in visual communications, and data analysis will be extremely valuable.

13. Ability to problem solve and identify continuous improvement ideas
14. Identify and work in partnership with the Program and related business areas to remediate technical, cultural or process-related barriers to the smooth adoption of IT solutions, features and technology.
15. Consult broadly across the Department to develop extensive User Journey maps and use cases for business areas.
Criteria
The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified. This is equal to 5000 characters.
Essential criteria
1. Knowledge of/experience in and accreditation in change management methodologies such as PROSCI will be highly regarded.
2. Delivery of Change initiatives in alignment with the Department's Enterprise Change Management Framework (Attachment A).
3. Familiarity with better practice M365 implementation and adoption approaches such as those contemplated in Microsoft's Modern Collaboration Architecture (MOCA) and M365 Adoption White Papers
4. Familiarity with better practice for Cloud implementation and adoption approaches for Azure, AWS and Google.
5. Familiarity with better practice for ServiceNow implementation and adoption approaches
Desirable criteria
1. Familiarity with Change models or Frameworks similar to those implemented under the Department’s Enterprise Change Management Framework with demonstrated capacity to deliver the requirements.
