What Will You Do?

The D365 Functional Analyst plays a crucial role in driving system adoption and user satisfaction and delivers value by ensuring that Dynamics 365 solutions align with business requirements, driving operational efficiency and enhancing system adoption. This role focuses on translating business needs into functional specifications, configuring the system, and providing ongoing support ensures that the organization maximizes the value and effectiveness of its Dynamics 365 platform.

This will be achieved by:

  • Being a key contributor to the delivery of enhancement and support services for Dynamics 365
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 functionality, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and project teams
  • Conducting gap analysis to identify areas where customization or third-party integrations are needed to meet business requirements
  • Collaborating with development teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and oversee the development and testing process
  • Staying up to date with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365, providing insights on how to leverage new functionality to improve business processes

We don’t expect you to know our industry or our business, we have an internal network to support your learning. It’s your D365 functional knowledge and experience that we value most. We are looking for team player with: -

  • Extensive experience as a D365 Functional F&O Consultant
  • Extensive experience on supply chain modules.
  • Experience working with 3rd party integrated systems and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated experience with Crowe Metals Accelerator (CMA)
  • Involvement in D365 deployments, including transition and post Go Live warranty support
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver training and consulting in D365 Implementations
  • Experience of Business Analysis with strong documentation skills to capture business requirements, gaps, functional specifications, test scripts and training guides
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
