The Opportunity

Our Lysaght business is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Service based in Archerfield . Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

In this diverse and challenging role, you will support our team by managing enquiries that come from walk in customers and via phone and email. As a self-motivated, quick thinker, you quickly adapt and can juggle more than one task at any given time. You also enjoy being busy and working in a supportive team environment.

What Will You Do?

Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you'll also be:

  • interacting with our customers via phone and email, managing quotes and queries
  • preparing and entering customer orders into our operating system
  • collaborating with internal stakeholders (marketing, warehouse, and sales departments) ensuring customer expectations and requirements are met or exceeded
  • coordinating and managing the end-to-end logistics process including compliance with any requirements and regulations, updating all necessary systems that manage orders
  • managing the relationship with logistics and internal stakeholders and working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolving issues, and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience
