Your Responsibilities:
- Showcase exceptional knowledge of the luxury fashion industry.
- Provide personalized styling consultations and recommendations to clients, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientele, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Drive sales targets and meet or exceed set goals through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in luxury fashion and share insights with colleagues and clients.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to optimize sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
Your Skills:
- Previous experience working with a luxury fashion brand or a similar retail environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- A passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for style, with a deep understanding of global and current trends, industry standards and competitors offering.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the role are executed at a high level.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the demands of the retail schedule.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
