- PoV Grade 5.1, $106,534 - $117,716 + superannuation
The Parliamentary Administration Act 2005 and the Parliamentary Officers (Non-Executive Staff – Victoria) Single Enterprise Agreement will be revised during 2025 and is a nexus agreement to the Victorian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement. It is anticipated that the revised salary range for Grade 5.1 will be $109,730 – $121,247.
About the role
Reporting into Manager, Learning & Capability, you will lead a team of Design and Facilitators to collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts and learners across Parliament of Victoria to assist with designing, developing and delivering a variety of in-house learning projects.
- Consult with and provide guidance to key internal clients on learning and development needs for their team, documenting requirements, identifying issues, storyboarding solutions and where appropriate, creating pilots.
- Manage learning content, ensuring resources and programs are current and relevant in the Learning Management System (LMS) and other systems.
- Design and facilitate live instructor led training in an in-person, virtual or hybrid session
About you
You have a demonstrated track record of success in designing, creating, facilitating and delivering customised learning and development material in a range of different delivery modes (virtual, in person/hybrid). You have experience in mentoring, coaching and developing learning professionals
- Have strong communication skills and can build and influence stakeholder relationships
- Advance digital literacy across MS Office and a strong ability to research and analysis to report and evaluate learning program delivery
