A rewarding role that supports the delivery of regional programs through rigorous project management.
The Manager, Forest and Fire Program Coordination leads the successful delivery of a broad selection of regional programs, including recovery management, road works, visitor assets, fuel management and Strategic Fuel Breaks, in line with organisational priorities. The Manager will develop and implement program management controls for application across forest and fire management programs, supporting the effective and transparency monitoring and reporting of program delivery.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Significant experience in program delivery in forest or land management
- Demonstrated strong understanding and successful application of stakeholder and community engagement.
- Tertiary qualifications in natural resource, environmental management or project management are highly desirable.
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within the Grampians Region with hybrid work arrangements available.
