About the role
Experience in paediatric blood collection and data entry will be highly regarded.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in a patient-sensitive role, ensuring the highest level of care and service. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, performing tasks such as phlebotomy, specimen collection, and specimen management, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Your work will involve pathology request data order entry (DOE) and using Laboratory Information Systems, all aimed at delivering accurate samples for timely diagnoses and treatments.
As part of your role, you will contribute to the supervision and training of staff, ensuring a proficient understanding of the discipline and area of practice. You will take full responsibility for your own work and, when applicable, oversee the work of others. This position also requires the ability to handle complex situations confidently and make well-informed decisions that contribute to the overall success of patient services. About You
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual with the following key qualities to join our team:

Proven ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and maintain high performance standards.

Experience in phlebotomy and a solid understanding of pathology collection policies and procedures.
