About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic in-house IT Assistant to join our Team to perform a variety of troubleshooting and support activities.
Your Focus
- Providing technical support to internal and external clients
- Working with external partners to maintain availability of enterprise software systems
- Deployment of SOE (Standard Operating Environments)
- Ensuring integrity of system backups
- Relevant tertiary qualification/degree
- 12 months experience in a similar role
- A strong customer service focus
- Be able to articulate clearly and concisely from end user to senior management
- Good understanding of networking and protocols
- Skilled at troubleshooting and problem solving
- Knowledge of Windows Desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Thrive in a collaborative environment.
